There was no air conditioner at this hotel - which I missed when making the booking but the staff were able to find me a fan to cool the room down. I could smell that there had been pets in the room before me - which was a little unpleasant but not unbearable. On Expedia the property lists as having laundry facilities but when I asked to use them I was advised that this wasn’t the case so perhaps it needs to be updated to reflect accurate amenities . A good location only one block from the beach in a quieter part of town
