Lo mejor la limpieza y la comodidad del apartamento.
Lo peor el acceso a la vivienda que necesita que se arreglen humedades y manos de pintura, el olor de la habitación de la nevera y la lavadora, que olía a cañería y cuando abrías la ventana del patio interior, a veces olía a comida. También creo que la electricidad era algo escasa pues saltaba el automático cuando había calefacción encendida y el termo calentaba el agua.
