Modern 3-bedroom flat. Ideal for enjoying with the family. In the Arena neighbourhood, a few minutes' walk from San Lorenzo Beach. Although it has all the amenities, it does not have a lift and is located in an area with multiple services.

Lo mejor la limpieza y la comodidad del apartamento. Lo peor el acceso a la vivienda que necesita que se arreglen humedades y manos de pintura, el olor de la habitación de la nevera y la lavadora, que olía a cañería y cuando abrías la ventana del patio interior, a veces olía a comida. También creo que la electricidad era algo escasa pues saltaba el automático cuando había calefacción encendida y el termo calentaba el agua.
