This beautiful apartment for 6 people is located 5 minutes from Lake Annecy, in a pedestrian residence, with indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, games room, tennis, petanque, children’s games, sauna... Everything is there for a successful family holiday!
Next to the famous golf course of Giez (driving range, 9 holes, 18 holes), come and relax in this charming place, whose calm is only equaled by its beauty.

Discover a charming, bright apartment with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Ideal for 6 people, it consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), and a large living/living room. Television, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, and a dryer.
Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 pm until 9 pm. After 9 pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
