Ideally located between lakes and mountains, this accommodation can host 7 to 9 people thanks to an extra double bed. Its large sunny terrace and wooded park offer a peaceful setting for you to fully enjoy your stay. Outside, you have private parking and a 100 m² green area equipped with tables, swings, and sun loungers.



Other notes: A security deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned at the end of your stay. Pets are not allowed in the gîte; please contact the owner for any special requests.

The Chapô Julô gîtes are located in Giez, just a few minutes from Lake Annecy, in a peaceful and unique setting.



The Chapô Julô gîtes include two accommodations:



- L'Originel: accommodates 10 to 12 people. This accommodation is accessible to people with reduced mobility, certified Tourisme et Handicap, and is located near Annecy and Albertville. Its large sunny terrace and wooded park offer you peaceful spaces to fully enjoy your stay.



- L'Horizon: a spacious and comfortable gîte for 7 to 9 people, located in a quiet area near Faverges and Lake Annecy. Private terrace upstairs and accessible grounds on the ground floor.

- Bikes provided payment 20,00 € per person
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
