The hotel was walking distance from the airport. Check in process was easy. The room was spacious with the sofa bed opened up. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast for vegetarians was very limited, but nothing to complain about. We all had a heavy breakfast within the available options and walked 10-12 miles by the evening.

We absolutely loved it here. Our room was spotlessly clean and service daily by a lovely, efficient, friendly group of ladies. We were given an upgrade and had a fantastic view of the rock - it was fantastic. From check in to checkout we were treated like family - given ideas on activities and restaurant recommendations. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of it. A great atmosphere - all staff are super friendly and welcoming.

The staff was outstanding. We were there 2 nights and ate in the lobby area several times (breakfast x 2 and light dinner x2). The staff made sure we were well cared for during check-in, parking (!) and the rest of our stay. The room was clean, the right size for 2 adults, and comfortable. The Rock was just outside our window…the Rock is lit by spotlights for most of the night, but that did not disturb us. I was really greatful that the hotel provided a box of facial tissue in the bathroom. This is the first of the 5 properties we’ve stayed in Europe on this trip that did so. I got sick (common cold) last week, so it was wonderful to have tissues for blowing my nose. IYKYK.

I've been to several Holiday Inn and this has always been a good experience. But this particular one is the best Holiday Inn ever. The building is nice, the room was spotless, the staff was extra friendly and helpful. The bathroom was packed with various high quality washing accessories. The breakfast is worth a separate praise - it was a 4-5 star hotel level buffet breakfast that was INCLUDED in the price of stay. Various kinds of meals for every taste, everything was delicious and well-cooked. The service was great - no disposable utensils, only nice plates and forks. The dining area was spotless and actively cleaned throughout the meal. The only time issue was a view - it was to the cemetery. But that's more like a funny thing than a real issue.

It’s very close to the airport. The room was very spacious and clean. Excellent shower with dove products. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice touch with hot or cold to choose from along with various tea, coffee and juices.
