An apartment of approximately 110 square meters, on two levels, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa and a desk, a spacious kitchen-dining area, and large balconies. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning in various rooms. Located near the Giardini Naxos highway exit, it offers easy access to any destination: Taormina, Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorges, Syracuse, etc. The beach is about 700 meters away, along with numerous restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
The furnishings have been completely updated, and the property has been renovated. The spacious kitchen-dining area is equipped with dishes, cookware, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to a dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, and iron. Towels and bed linens will be provided free of charge upon arrival. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a desk, and a large flat-screen TV (50"). In the basement, there is a garage for the exclusive use of the property, accessible via a separate internal staircase. Public parking is also available outside.

The property has a garage for parking cars; please request use of the garage in advance of your arrival date. Access to the garage is limited to passenger cars only; vans, minibuses, or other vehicles taller than 190 meters are not permitted.
Tourist tax: 2 euros per person per night.
