PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Villa Triscele is a beautiful, modern villa with pool, set on a panoramic hill in the famous locality of Giardini Naxos, with a breathtaking view of the sea, of Mount Etna and of Taormina. The house has welcoming, modern rooms of a high-level design and with colours providing a sensation of relaxation and comfort; moreover all the bedrooms have a beautiful sea view. Outside the villa are big, fully-equipped terraces and a large area, with infinity pool overlooking the panorama, and various relaxation corners. The villa's position allows you to enjoy extraordinary sunrises over the sea from the bedrooms and from the pool area as well. Thanks to its strategic location, the famous destinations of Taormina and Mount Etna are just a few minutes away.

Interior:
The property consists of a main building of about 300 sq m spread over three floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into a large open-plan area with lounge, dining room and kitchen. This floor is completed by a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The staircase on the ground floor goes up to the first floor, with two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and sea view, and down to the basement with two large suites with bathroom with shower, one with whirlpool tub and the other with a small kitchenette and round bed. The ground and first floor bedrooms all have access to the terraces, while the two basement bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.

Park:
The property is surrounded by grounds of about 2000 sq m, including a 3-car parking area. The main part of the garden is on the panoramic side of the property where the swimming pool is also located. This area is cultivated with lawn, hedges, shrubs and plants typical of Mediterranean scrub. The large terrace of the main floor, with spectacular views of the sea of the Giardini Naxos, is organised as an outdoor living and dining area, completed by a barbecue.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located at a lower level, can be reached from the villa down two lateral flights of steps. It measures 12 x 6 m with the depth varying from 1,50 to 2,50 m; lined in PVC, it has salt purification, external and internal lighting and Roman steps for access to the water. The paved solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, tables and a characteristic canopy. The pool area is completed by a bathroom with shower.

Pets: On request. € 100,00 per animal per week. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
