A rustic hotel with breathtaking seaviews. A simple hotel but very clean and run by a lovely family. 1/2 a mile to the town but lovely and quiet. Highly recommended.

Ett gömt paradis

Tänk att sova till havets brus. Boka ett rum med balkong direkt mot havet. Så rofyllt. Gå ned och simma och snorkla i havet direkt utanför på hotellets lilla strand. Ät en god frukost på den fina altanen. Enkla och välstädade rum med AC och kylskåp. En promenad bort från turistiga sandstranden och utelivet bor du ute på en fin udde. Andra gången jag bor här och åker gärna tillbaka.

Kleines Hotel mit viel Flair

Für ein 2 ** Hotel aussergewöhlich. Die Möbilierung der Zimmer in der Mansarde ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig und in guten Zustand. Die Betten fand ich super. Das ganze Haus ist aufgeräumt und sauber geputzt. Das Hotel wirkt sehr gepflegt. Unschlagbar ist die Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer! Die Inhaber und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und haben uns stets weitergeholfen. Einziges Manko während unseres Aufenthalts war, dass Jugendliche nachts vor dem Hotel sehr laut waren. Aber dafür kann die Hotelleitung natürlich nichts. Ich kann das Hotel allen empfehlen, die eine schöne Lage schätzen und eine familiäre Atmosphäre und dafür Abstriche beim Komfort in Kauf nehmen.

Hotellet var precis det vi väntat oss, men lite till. Spenderade fyra nätter här tillsammans, och kan i efterhand säga att det är den bästa resa vi varit på. Mycket tack vare hotellet. Värdparet är helt fantastiska och alltid tillmötesgående samt serviceminded. Allt inom lätt promenadavstånd, fantastisk utsikt, enkel men bra frukost. Man hör havet trots stängda fönster, vilket vi uppskattade. Kanske inte något för en person med svårigheter att somna dock.

Hôtel de famille à l'ancienne, super vue

Pas de chichi dans cet établissement mais un confort de base largement suffisant et de très bon rapport qualité prix. Giardini Naxo est une ville touristique et en connait tous les travers, prix à la hausse, grosse fréquentation de gens pas respectueux. Mais à l'Orphéus vous êtes un peu en retrait de tout ça, en restant à proximité. L'accueil est chaleureux, le patron parle en français, et vous conseille sur les activités. Le petit déj est parfait.

On the Rocks

Orpheus has a great position. Hotel owners great nothing too much trouble. We travelled in November so very quiet with lots of Giadini-Naxos closed for the winter. It suited us and we were very lucky with the weather and sea was still warm!

Great Hosts

We loved our stay. Our hosts Rosa and Hamid were very kind to us and made our stay a wonderful experience. We were there during one of the worst storms in the last few years, huge waves, sadly some destruction to neighboring restaurants, but not to this hotel. We would stay there again.

Et smørhul i vankanten.

En lille uges ophold på Orpheus var en oplevelse. Lidt a la Faulty Towers - et ældre, lidt slidt familiedrevet hotel - men hvilken beliggenhed! Vi havde bestilt med balkon og havudsigt - og det må man sige, vi fik! Ubeskriveligt at vågne op til Middelhavet få meter fra morgenterrassen - og med stor morgenmadsterrase i stueetagen var oplevelsen komplet.

Mukava paikka!

Hiljainen, erittäin hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla oleva pieni hotelli.Bussipysäkille n. 10 metriä, rantaan samoin. Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen. Palvelutaso hyvä ja tapahtui "lähes huomaamattomasti". Aamiainen varsin niukka, mutta riittävä. Yleisten tilojen siisteys hyvä. Huoneen kalusteet hiukan nuhjaantuneita, mutta siistejä. Huone siivottiin joka päivä. Kolmen kattohuoneen yhteinen terassi valtava, lähes 300 m2. Terassilta mahtavat näköalat, kuten myös muista hotellin huoneista. Hotellin uimaranta pieni, vaatimaton laavakivinen poukama. Kaikkiaan hoteli vastasi hyvin ennakko-odotuksia.
