Room was clean, staff went above and beyond to help us..."Arthur" was fantastic in helping us locate a pharmacy open late as my son developed tonsillitis and had to have a prescription filled. Breakfast was amazing...location was great! A bit noisy due to construction...but no fault of the hotel

Great option to be away from the crowds.

Was greeted upon arrival and got a room a couple hours early which is always a bonus. Liked the location, just south ofnthe main tourist area, but a quick walk to anything. Was nice being away from the crowds and the food neearby was great with options. Bathroom was small, but did book the smallest room as i was traveling alone, so cant complain.

Very quiet nice area and staff are so friendly, they offered two beds room with a good city view. The staff also introduced some sightseeing places to us. The room is big with enough plugs. The only problem is the bed sheet is not clean, there is a small stain of blood. Otherwise the hotel is great. Location is good, not too far from the center.

Handy location. Close to many nice places yet slightly hidden away. Clean, tidy, quiet, tram nearby, close to the canal, a short walk from the park, main station and beautiful squares. Only thing is the bathroom was a tight squeeze. Otherwise, absolutely fine for a stopover and decent value for the area.
