Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This is my genuine experience staying here. I arrived around 2:30 AM after my flight was delayed. The first thing I noticed was staff sleeping in the lobby. While I tried to overlook that, the real disappointment came when I entered my room. The room was extremely dirty. The bed was unclean, and the bathroom was filthy as well. Unfortunately, I had another flight to Varanasi in a few hours, so I had no choice but to take a quick shower and leave. My advice to anyone considering this property: please don’t rely on the photos. The actual rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised. The difference is huge, and the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
