Very hard to find with the GPS. No climatisation in the room, and near a noisy road. Very narrow room , no place for the luggage. Breakfast Washington good. W'ont comeback for sure.

The apartment was clean and had everything I wanted. The only challenge was when I needed to catch a bus with bags, and it was a bit hilly walking to the bus stop. I would stay again.

The hotel is advertised as business hotel and unfortunately with the regular Internet connection failures becames a problem for business travellers. The reception staff have been more than helpful and on 2 issues have promptly solved them (i) room change due to highly inconsiderate neighbours (noisy and drunken) (ii) lost trainers and found. The external noise from the main road can be a problem from racing cars well after midnight or / early standard traffic kicks on at approx 5am. If you're noise sensitive as myself, difficulties of sleeping can cause a problem for long stays.

Great host.

The bathroom needs renovation, otherwise clean and functional. Jennifer(?) is an outstanding host. I made an error when making my reservation. She corrected it however she could. It is challenging to find a hotel with a personal touch. She made it this way. If I return to Gex, this will be my stop.

Réservation d’une nuitée du samedi au dimanche. J’arrive vers midi. Conscient que mon arrivée est prématurée, je demande à la réception si la chambre est disponible. La préposée me répond qu’il est trop tôt, ce que je comprends parfaitement. Mais elle omet de me dire qu’il n’y a plus de réception à partir de 16h30, pas plus qu’elle ne me donne le code pour déverrouiller l’accès à la carte. Quel manque de conscience professionnelle. La chambre est accessoirement sale, avec de longs cheveux collés à la chaise en Skaï et du matériel vétuste.

Il est dommage que d’année en année les horaires de la réception réduisent un peu plus. Résultat personne a l’arrivée et personne au départ. C’est dommage c’était un établissement que l’on fréquentait régulièrement, la prochaine fois c’est moins sûr que le séjour se fasse là.
