A good recommendation for this property would be to get a room on the north side of building, away from traffic along front or south. Be prepared for limited parking at certain times do to commercial companies staying at hotel and using multiple parking spots for large vehicles.May have to park off-site.

This is a great property to. Stafff was great. The breakfast was done well with several options. The lobby is very nice and inviting. We only stayed one night as we just pulled off the highway from a day of driving. The room was clean, well done, the bed was comfortable and the Tv was good.

Super-clean and great accessibility features! So many hotels just don’t “get” the needs of folks traveling with a family member who cannot sit unsupported on a fold-down shower seat. We’ve had rooms at other hotel chains claiming to have a “wheelchair accessible” bathroom that ended up having a raised ledge requiring us to “pop a wheelie” to gain access to the shower or even a full-sized tub! One hotel we were in had the roll-in shower, but there was no hand-held shower head, so we had to fill the ice bucket with warm water to wet down and rinse our son. We also appreciated the fact non-slip flooring was used throughout both the sleeping area and the bathroom

Staff was kind and accommodating. Room was pretty well cleaned and offered everything we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable and sheets were super soft. Breakfast was delicious. The free, all day coffee was SO good. Front lobby was kept clean. Hotel was affordable. My only reason for 4 stars was that the walls and floors are too thin. You can hear other guests walking above and below your room and if your neighbor has their TV too loud, it's incredibly annoying. I'd recommend this hotel, but just beware of the noise issues if you have misophonia.

Comfortable hotel but pre-arrival service lacking

Our room had no shampoo in the new style large bottle secured to the shower wall. It was obviously empty for a while because only air came out when I tried to squeeze it. Front desk staff were quick to provide it, but the lack of it made me wonder what might else have been missed by housekeeping. Also the parking lot was being paved which we did not know and made it difficult in traffic to turn around and find the correct entrance. A bit distressing after a long 9-hour drive in crowded traffic. We saw a memo at the front desk alerting current customers of the plan, but thought it would have been notified by email prior to arrival scheduled for that day.
