This is the third time that we have stayed at this property. It is quiet and clean, but it could use a little TLC in some places. It appears that the property owner has been gradually working on this. The hot breakfast is always hot and well-stocked. The only issue that we had was with the Wi-Fi this time that we stayed. After several attempts at trying to get it working the front desk clerk offered to move us to another room. We had no Wi-Fi issues after changing rooms.

Self service hotel

Eisenhower was a disaster for us. Literally notes eberuwhere stating there was no customer support when we checked in. Mid day on a Monday. One note told us to call aniyher jotel for check in, anoyjer informed us the restaurant was not serving for the week. It was literally a shell with no one home. We went elsewhere and were unable to secure a refund.

Don't misinterpret my review. This hotel is clean and comfortable but OLD, which means the doors creak, the carpet is wrinkled and sometimes you get an smell like a really old place. We were unlucky because the interstate exit was closed so we had to drive 5 additional miles between woods that seemed like it was a really far away hotel. Also the first day we noticed a Bat in the stairs I reported it to management but when I checked out the bat still there. I did not use those stairs because I was afraid. Breakfast was good enough (eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, coffee and juice). Check in and check out really easy to do.

We do not recommend this hotel

Our stay was for only one night. The hotel was not full, but our room was a distance away from the front. There was a lot of turn in the halls, with no signage to get to the elevator/front desk as the elevator was not seen and behind doors. Also, our TV remote did not work and had to have help come and look into it. The ac in the halls was not working, and was very hot this weekend. Breakfast was very limited and overcooked eggs and sausage was over cooked on the outside and not done well on the inside. Overall the hotel was old and tired looking from the outside as well as the areas past the front reception area.

Worse resort stay ever

Would not recommend this hotel. Online pictures are deceptive, they don't reflect the actual hotel. The staff was running between the Aspire Hotel and this hotel and the desk was not staffed. Had to go next door to check out. The building was run down. Needs maintenance and updating. The hvac did not work properly. It appears it's all family members working at this hotel providing minimum accommodations to customers. The breakfast was unappealing. For $174/night vs $129 at the aspire, it seems expensive as there really were no amenities/resort features. Back of the bldg had appearance of being built in 1950s wood rot and caulking holding it together. Parking lots unmaintained w/grass, potential slipping hazard. Sidewalk had broken eggs on it w/flies the entire stay. Will never stay at this hotel again and recommend no one stay there.
