The keys did not work the room at first which is a pain, and the pool was cold because the heat went off and no one caught it, the bagels were old and starting to get hard. It was an ok stay, but no one really cared about the customer. It seems to be the norm now a days.

Perfect place to stay as it is so close to the park’s visitor center and footsteps away from the historical Gettysburg Cemetery. We had no problem finding a place to eat nearby. Very close to downtown. Clean!

Very clean room, convenient to downtown dining options and the Gettysburg Visitor Center, wonderful staff. Breakfast was decent, but could have had a few more options. (A little more cereal variety for kids and muffins available every day would be great) And our bed could have been a little more comfy. It seemed like there was a "hill" in the middles of our king bed and a downward slope on each side. Not too bad, but would have been more comfortable if it was level.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is okay. Dylan the person who checked me in was so helpful. He straightened out a reservation problem I had and made sure my room was close to my friend room. Overall very satisfied.

Very close to the battle field & cemeteries. We had an issue one night with rowdy kids who were part of the soccer tournament & I called the found desk & staff immediately took control of the situation. Look forward to staying again next year!

Lovely hotel. Wonderful staff. We were here just overnight (so we didn’t partake in any of the services/ amenities) but our room was nice. We had a first floor room which was neat and tidy. The ceilings?!! Must have been at least 20 feet high! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
