Staff was very nice and the room was clean. I was next to the elevator, which was meh, but there was very little activity between 10pm-8am. I have been to this location before and look forward to returning after the renovations (currently happening) are completed.

Decent place to stay for a decent price. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are adequate. The same could be said for breakfast. Convenient location. We would stay there again.

My stay was fine. My room (414) was very basic with no frills. It was clean with plenty of space and towels. However, there was no microwave, ironing board, or iron. (which I like to have) The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices with plenty of seating. My one complaint is that someone called the hotel asking if I was staying there and the hotel told the person I was staying there and even gave out the time that I checked out. The person who called the hotel was NOT told where I was staying. This person was calling around to all the hotels to find me. This is very unprofessional, and dangerous because the hotel had no idea who was asking for this information. I'm not even sure this is legal for them to do. I suggest that the hotel not do this in the future. I will be calling management about this.

Staff is always attentive and make your check in easy. Room was recently renovated and clean. Easy access to restaurants, attractions. Very walkable, lots of parking. I have stayed at 1863 10 plus times and will be returning. Have never had a bad experience.

The view from the 5th floor balcony was stunning. The breakfast bar offered a lot of options. The room was very comfortable. There was some dirt at the base of the toilet, which is concerning. That kind of thing doesn't happen after one visit, that is at least a week's build up, which means it was skipped, not missed. That makes you wonder what else is routinely skipped that maybe you can't see. What I could see, besides that, was a nice clean room.

We have stayed at the Inn several times. Staff is always welcoming, room is always spotless and they are pet friendly with a small fee. It's in a great location with shops and restaurants nearby . Highly recommend!
