Friendly and super efficient staff - check in was a breeze. We stayed in a standard double room which was lovely and cosy. Bed was comfortable, leading to a great nights sleep. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room too, an added bonus. Delicious coffee bags. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Great easy parking. Fab hotel open fires. Hop taxi quickly great pubs Chalfont St Peter but nothing in Gerards cross. Like ghost town

We had a great stay. We were met by a lovely receptionist with a great sense of humour and very friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable as was the bed. Bathroom was very clean and great details. Will certainly stay here again. We had a double aspect but certainly did not hear any traffic from the roads. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only 1 point the pillows were a bit short but comfortable. Breakfast was really good as well.

We had a lovely one night stay in the quadruple family room as part of my husband’s 50th birthday weekend. The staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast was lovely although the portions were on the small side (that could just be me being greedy though) 😂 We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel within 30 mins of London. Visited for the NFL on a Sunday. Arrived early and the staff booked in our car for parking without any issue. Returned to check in after the game which was very efficient. Drinks and snacks in the bar area on Sunday evening were brilliant and breakfast the following morning the same. Staff excellent, especially the gentleman at breakfast (sorry, didn't catch his name). only negative was how hot the hotel and room were, but we turned the radiator off and took the fan out of the cupboard so being slightly picky. Would definitely return and recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at the Ethorpe. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to catch local buses to locations we wished to visit and also using the local buses to travel to Heathrow via routes 106 and 102 for 10 UK pounds! A & J, Canada.

Attractive hotel just off main street in GX

Stayed here in a standard double room ,room was a good size beautifully furnished in a country inn style , excellent shower and comfortable bed, nice soft linen. Only issue pillows were very hard. Tea , coffee and biccies of good quality, even a teapot! Bar area was warm and comfortable didn't have and evening meal but breakfast options were substantial and reasonably priced. Staff were all extremely pleasant and polite creating a welcoming atmosphere. Free and plentiful car parking for hotel guests at the back. Only 2 mins walk to the restaurants, bars &shops so great for our evening out. 5min to station if needed. Will definitely stay here again when next in Gerrards X
