Our vacation home is located in the heart of the Vulkaneifel, in Gees, on the outskirts of Gerolstein. The house is a charming old barn that has been lovingly renovated. Surrounded by nature and numerous hiking trails, it offers the ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of the Eifel and its many attractions.

The accommodation sleeps 7 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has Wi-Fi with a fiber-optic connection. The smart TV can stream Netflix, YouTube, and more.
The large rehearsal room is equipped for residencies for performing artists. Upon individual request and for an additional fee, the rehearsal room can be rented.

The accommodations are suitable for 7 people and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has Wi-Fi—with a fiber-optic connection. The smart TV can stream Netflix, YouTube, and more.

Surrounding Area:
About 360 people live in Gees. The residents know each other and look out for one another. It’s a particularly safe area.

Gerolstein (approx. 5 km) offers numerous restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining, ice cream shops, a train station, and other stores.
Shopping options (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, and various bakeries) are a 7-minute drive away.

There are many beautiful hiking and biking trails in the Eifel region. Apps like `Komoot` are also available to help you plan your routes. From Gerolstein, you can take the train to Cologne and Trier. Taxis are also available on short notice.
House Rules

1. Inventory and Damage
We ask that you treat our inventory with care and return used dishes to the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings can happen and is often easily repaired. Please notify us immediately of any damage that occurs.

2. Noise Levels and Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels in the vacation rental at a reasonable volume, especially when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

3. Visitors
Your visitors are welcome in our vacation rental at any time for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the vacation rental. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the vacation rental accordingly.

4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
Smoking is only permitted in the fully open outdoor area. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the house.
If a smoke odor does develop in the vacation rental, we will have to charge you for the resulting special cleaning costs (e.g., ozone treatment).

5. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our vacation rental.

6. Shoes
Wearing outdoor shoes inside the vacation rental is not permitted.

7. Safety and Valuables
Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the vacation rental, and be sure to turn off all electronic devices. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
