The spacious living and dining area of 32 m2 forms the heart of the property, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with rustic and cosy furnishings, and providing direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom measures 6 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom, also 6 m2, features 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.
