Welcome to Pic-Noir! This fully renovated, fully equipped, bright and spacious studio with its lake view balcony will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Located in a quiet and green environment near the ski slopes, the lake and the town center, you benefit from a privileged location for your vacation. Pic-Noir is located on the first floor of a house composed of 4 apartments. There is therefore no access to the apartment. You benefit from a private parking space right in front of the house. Pic-Noir is a bright and airy studio where you benefit from a bathroom with shower and toilet and a large living room. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen area and a living area (which also serves as a sleeping area with a sofa bed). A balcony with a beautiful view of the lake, furnished with a dining area (table, chairs, parasol) and an electric griddle, is accessible from the living room. You can also store your equipment (bicycle, skis, roof box, motorcycle, etc.) in a locked room in the basement. Finally, a laundry area with two washing machines and two dryers is available for all apartments on a self-service basis. End-of-stay cleaning is included, as well as bed linen, a bath mat, and dish towels. Towels can be provided upon request (one large and one small). small) for €8 per person.
