From this level, you have access to a balcony. This floor offers 3 bedrooms in total: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, and 1 further room with 1 single bed. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 1 hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, 3 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table.
