Beautiful but very small, front door is ill fitted and you can see through the crack which is a little unnerving, location is amazing but finding how to enter was difficult. Ended up going into the restaurant below to figure out how to find the entrance, very clean and cozy though

Perfect spot in Historic Georgetown

We were so happy with this rental! It’s a great spot to enjoy Georgetown. Loved having the separate living room area. Exceeded our expectations with the fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this place!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location with a balcony overlooking one of Georgetown’s many parks and the harbor. Just keep in mind you’ll need to walk up a flight of stairs - no elevator - didn’t bother us at all. It's above the River Room restaurant and we enjoyed dining there too.

Excellent location

This was our first trip to Georgetown and we loved it. The little apartment (and it is little, but very cleverly payed out to maximize space) was right in the middle of town so once we parked we could walk to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and view. The property manager was very quick to respond to all our questions and recommended some excellent restaurants. The only reason I gave the apartment 4 stars instead of 5 was because you did hear the movement in the hallway by other residents at times; however, this would not prevent me from booking again.

Was not aware that it was a upstairs apartment. The stairs Are quite a bit of a challenge for older people. But the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Being disabled can not visit again.
