I loved it. Especially the dining at the Buffet. Didnt get to go to the pool & spa. Maybe next time. Boo! Loved the help they gave us and direction. Beautiful place. I rate it Excellent. Except I didnt think we should have to pay extra 32. A night for being closer to the elevator. Because we are seniors and handicapped. So i feel that was not justified. For an upgrade cost.

The hotel, the room, and the spa were spotless, well appointed, and comfortable. The room was spacious, updated, and had all of the amenities you’d need. Staff in all areas was friendly and professional. There were several dining options, and parking was simple and free.

We checked into our room around 4:45. Immediately walk into the room and we are smacked in the face of a FISH smell that truly takes your breath away! Come to find out the mini fridge had 3 leftover boxes of fish in them. So I called the front desk to say what was the problem. After 90 min with no response I took the boxes and disposed of them. Then went to a local store to purchase a candle and air freshener to try and kill the smell. Sad the a place of this caliber would let something like this slide by and not be addressed.

Amazing property. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The spa was incredible and the staff working there were welcoming. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
