Susie at the front desk is wonderful! She always makes sure every guest is treated with the upmost respect, she is so accommodating & has amazing customer service! The rooms are clean w/ comfy beds and the property is well maintained! Location is right next to the grocery store and access to gas stations, the post office & the FREE county bus to downtown Idaho Springs is amazing!

Love the 1-level for ease of bringing ski bags in and out. The hard floors were great for the same reason. Fridge and microwave were great for bringing our own food and saving money on dining. Love that I could literally park 5 feet from my room door.

The staff were helpful. Susie at the front desk was a life saver. I called after booking the room because we were running close to missing the midnight checkin deadline. She told us to drive safely and that she would wait to close the office and clock out until we arrived. It took the stress out of a long travel day and when we arrived she was waiting for us with a smile and the room key. The room was clean and the showers were hot! Our dog was welcomed for a $20 pet fee and checkout was easy with a key drop. I will stay here again. It was easy to find and convenient to get back on the road.
