Definitely needs cleaning around hotel was a lot of trash all around hotel outside of hotel rooms etc. The bathroom tub in room 113 needs to be checked out took the water forever to drain

Great customer service, but cleaning needs work!

The location is great! The lady that checked us in was VERY helpful and very nice. I couldn’t speak highly enough of her hospitality. She even offered to give us food because we would’ve been gone before breakfast was served. I was not impressed a with the cleanliness of the room. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. I should’ve said something because we had to wipe surfaces down in the bathroom and the bedroom area. We will stay here again due to the customer service and location, but we will ask for the room to be clean next time.

Could not stop the interior fan. Dudes in hotel clearly smoking marijuana. Dirty towel hanging on shower rack when checked in. Floor dirty and disgusting. Will never stay here again.

Property was fine. When we first arrived the front desk lady was rude and snobby. The room was ok but how the mini fridge just sat on the floor like so. The shower curtain smelled sour, moldy and stunk. On top of that. Someone tried to enter our room and left thr door cracked open. Thank god we put the chain on before bedtime. Wont be returning. Thank you

I arrived at 2:45 pm and I was told I could not check in until 3 pm and had to wait that extra 15 minutes. Parking was inconvienent for rooms 1-7. The ceiling had stains from one end to the other and looked like it was beginning to buckle in. The room had a terrible smell. The bed was comfortable, although there was hair on the pillow cases and sheets like they haven't been changed in a while. The breakfast they offered was decent and a good grab and go selection. This would be a beautiful lodge with some updates!

The staff is very respectful and willing to help. However, the room conditions were horrendous, the toilet was extremely dirty. The bedsheets looked old and not cleaned. The ceiling fan did not work at all. The cleaning supplies are not the best.
