The sheet was stained but other than that, the room seemed cleaned. There was an issue with a male entering our room early in the morning. Both of these were reported to the person who checked us out. All in all, a nice place!

After our friends checked in at 1:30, we tried to check in at 1:45. We were told we would be able to check in at 2:00. We went back just before 2 and waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told they didn’t have a room for us. Meanwhile, they were checking in everyone else. They said that they would call/text within an hour when our room was ready. That NEVER happened. We went back at 6 and were finally able to check in. It was disappointing to be given the run around when we have visited many times and were meeting friends. Usually, our experience has been positive. This was not.

If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. The hotel staff were shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude. Basic requests were treated like personal insults, and any attempt to get help was met with eye-rolling, indifference, or flat-out ignoring us. No one seemed trained, no one took responsibility, and no one cared. It felt like the staff’s main goal was to do as little as possible while making guests feel like an inconvenience for simply existing. A hotel can have nice rooms, but when the customer service is this bad, it completely ruins the experience. I would absolutely not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values being treated with basic respect.
