1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM. 2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping.

Clean and amenities well thought out. The bathtub wasnt that user friendly due to its shape. Comfortable firm bed. Walking at leisurely pace to skyavenue take 20-25mins in real world time.
