Séjour gâché par la propriétaire

La maison est extrêmement chère compte tenu des prestations (fuite d’eau qui cause des inondations dans le salon, pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de matelas de piscine). Nous avons dû rajouter un forfait de draps de 12€ par personnes sans même nous les préparer. Par ailleurs, la propriétaire est très envahissante, et nous a contacté plusieurs fois à propos de sa bâche de piscine qu’elle nous demande de repayer. Nous pensons ne pas être les premiers dans ce cas. Or nous avons respecté scrupuleusement les consignes. Le système est vraiment dysfonctionnel et s’abîme naturellement au contact de la pierre rugueuse. Nous ne reviendrons pas sur l’ensemble de ces messages alors que c’était notre week-end de mariage et que cela aurait pu attendre 48h. Enfin, celle-ci a coupé l’eau au moment où nous quittions la maison, alors que notre maman malade faisait encore sa toilette.

Une vue magnifique!

Maison en tout point conforme à sa description. Rien ne manque. Une hôte très disponible et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille dans ce havre de paix au cœur des Cévennes. Nous reviendrons!

Maison très pratique avec tout le matériel nécessaire à l'intérieur. L'extérieur est plaisant

Maison très agréable avec de nombreuses randonnées dans les environs. Cadre très agréable, jardin et extérieur plaisant avec tout le confort à l'intérieur. Sylvie l'hôte est à l'écoute et réactive en cas de questions. Je recommande.

Un WE nature très agréable !

La maison est très fonctionnelle avec une vue magnifique, au cœur des Cévennes. Accueil parfait, nous avons été bien conseillé sur les balades dans le coin, au départ de la maison, c’était très bien. A refaire !
