Not a place I would recommend

The 4 adult appartment was ok and clean, but not really suited for 4 adults. The view from the place is nice, but not as nice as the pictures. The exterior is worn down and in need of a paint job etc. Everyone using the swinning pool is required to wear a swimming cap. The staff is seemingly nice, but cannot be trusted. We agreed with them and got an e-mail confirmation for early check out, but after we left they denied us a refund of the remaining nights.

Dejligt sted med super flot udsigt

Rigtig fint sted med virkelig flot udsigt. Rigtig god og ren pool med en lille bar hvor man kan købe drinks og is. God plads ved poolen og meget stille område. Cogoleto er en hyggeliglille by med gode strande. Køkkenet var lidt mangelfuldt men man kunne sagtens lave mad.

Sehr schöne Sicht auf das Meer. Große Wohnung mit Terrasse. Wifi nicht im Zimmer nur am Pool oder Rezeption aber da war es gut man kann sich auch gut hinsetzen. In den Zimmer gab es ein paar Ameisen und es gab lagen auch Haare rum die nicht von uns waren. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Badekappe am Pool ist natürlich dumm den haben wir gemieden.

beetje lastiger te bereiken met een bus (smalle wegen en haarspeldbochten), maar gelukkig wel genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Onze dochter vond het erg leuk dat ze in de woonkamer kon slapen. Voor ons wat lastiger,omdat we buiten moesten zitten. Gelukkig was het mooi weer en was er een mooi uitzicht.

Nice place to stay

Staff was friendly and the place in general was nice with a fine swimmingpool. The appartement we had was nice with a view off the Sea. On the hill near our appartment was a very good restaurant, it was every evening fully booked.

Horrible séjour!!

Nous sommes très très déçues par le service qu'offre la Résidence. Nous avons fait une demande spécial pour arriver plus tard et soit disant elle a été accepté. Mais entre temps nous avons eu un contre temps. Nous avons crevé, nouvelle voiture donc pas de roue supplémentaire. Nous avons du attendre qu'on nous dépanne. Nous sommes enfin arrivées tard mais avons appelé le numéro d'urgence qui est indiqué sur leur porte. Et la surprise, personne ne veut descendre nous ouvrir! Pas de chambre, pas de lieu ou dormir car les autres hôtels pleins!! Nous avons du dormir dans la voiture! Nous nous sommes présentées dès l'ouverture de la réception, et la surprise!! ON NOUS FACTURE LES DEUX NUITS!!!! VRAI FOUTAGE DE GU... Ils ne veulent même pas en parler!!! JE LE DECONSEILLE même si les appartements sont bien, mais même là nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise pas de vue sur la mer comme nous l'avions stipulé! Bref un week-end de cauchemar
