It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Dante, Porta Soprana, Piazza De Ferrari, the port, parking lots, and the metro (2 minutes). The layout of the furnishings creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring beautiful Genoa!

The space

The approximately 37-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator (PLEASE NOTE that the staircase is steep) and is laid out as follows:



KITCHENETTE equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, and moka pot.

LIVING AREA featuring a double sofa bed and a Smart TV with Netflix.

BEDROOM featuring a French-style double bed and a wardrobe;

BATHROOM: equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 split units), independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).

Guest access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Check-in will be self-service. We will provide further instructions closer to your arrival.

Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
