This functional studio, which can accommodate up to 2 adults, is located in the heart of the historic pedestrian district: 350 meters from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo; 400 meters from the Palazzo Ducale; 650 meters from the Aquarium and the departure point for boats to Portofino, Camogli, San Fruttuoso, and the Cinque Terre; 200 meters from the museum complex on Via Garibaldi. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are just a short walk away!

The Space

This 26-square-meter studio apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a charming historic building WITHOUT an elevator (please note that there are also internal stairs) and is laid out as follows:



- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka pot, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils;

- Sleeping area located on the charming loft and furnished with a double bed; PLEASE NOTE: The loft has low ceilings.

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall;



Additional amenities available to guests: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (1 split unit), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Due to the presence of indoor stairs, the property cannot accommodate children.

Guest Access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Check-in will be self-service. We will provide further instructions closer to your arrival.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C
