The space

The apartment, approximately 70 square meters, is located on the second and third floors of a building without an elevator. Please note that there are both internal and external stairs. The space is laid out as follows:



LOWER LEVEL:

- KITCHEN with dining area, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, conventional oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils.

- LIVING ROOM with a relaxation area and TV.

- BATHROOM with sink, bidet, and toilet.

- TERRACE furnished with a table and chairs.



UPPER LEVEL:

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a closet;

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds (one is a pull-out), a closet, and a desk.

- FULL BATHROOM with toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: independent heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, fans, washing machine, independent heating with radiators, iron and ironing board, and clothes drying rack.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Private garage available for guests, entrance on Via de Gasperi (near house numbers 64–66; garage dimensions: 5.75 m long x 2 m wide x 2.60 m high).



PLEASE NOTE: The property is not suitable for children due to the steep stairs.
