Does not have a view the apartment is clean, the door is very hard to open from inside and outside, the key is very hard to put in and take out of the lock box. There is no communication with the host unless you initiate. Instructions on arrival are not very clear. Was not able to get the A/C working. But the rooms were clean and place was clean.
