Delightful apartment with balcony, located on the third floor of a building with elevator in the prestigious “Castelletto” neighborhood.



The apartment opens onto a furnished entrance hall with modern open kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher and balcony; next, a bright living room furnished with single sofa bed and large window overlooking the city.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed and custom-made closet, the second with two single beds.

Finally, two fully renovated bathrooms complete with shower, bidet and toilet.

Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning, iron and heating.
