The apartment is on the ground floor of an elegant, refined, safe, and quiet building, located in one of the best neighborhoods of Genoa's historic center.



Entering through the door, you will need to climb 8 steps to reach the living room, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and industrial-style stools. If needed, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people, making the apartment suitable for a maximum of 4 people.



The kitchen is equipped for every eventuality and is equipped with an induction hob, sink, kitchen utensils, large work surface, moka pot, electric kettle, and washing machine.



The bedroom is very spacious and is equipped with a double bed and an open wardrobe.



The bathroom in the corridor is equipped with a washbasin with a large mirror, ventilation fan, toilet, bidet, and shower.



The apartment was renovated in April 2024 and portions of ancient exposed walls dating back to the year 1200 were recovered.
