Casa Crema con Vista Mare

Our new “Casa Crema” offers the advantages of being right next to Genoa’s historic old town, as well as the comfort of the quiet Carignano neighborhood, with all the shops you need for daily necessities. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with an elevator) and offers a beautiful view of the harbor, the sea, and the Basilica. The newly renovated apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, and a bathroom.
Our “Casa Crema” is a beautiful and completely renovated 4-room apartment in the heart of Genoa.
The apartment can accommodate 6 people (max. four adults and two children). There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. The sleeping arrangement for
children is the sofa, which can be converted into a double bed and is just as comfortable. The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The kitchen has been newly installed and is one of the apartment’s highlights. It also features a small counter where you can enjoy coffee from the Nespresso machine, for example.
The balcony offers a beautiful view and space for two to three people.
From there, you can watch the ships as they set sail. The apartment features marble finishes and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2024.
An elevator provides an added convenience, allowing you to easily reach the 5th floor.
The metro is about 500 meters away, the Brignole train station is 1.5 kilometers away, and Genoa Airport is about a 15-minute drive away.
