Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Genua verbracht und sind insgesamt zwiegespalten. Das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Lage: Man ist schnell am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und der Meerblick vom Balkon aus ist wirklich sehr schön. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist zudem, dass kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen – das ist in Genua eine echte Seltenheit. Auch die Anbindung ist praktisch, da eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür liegt (Ticketpreis: 2 Euro pro Person).Leider gibt es jedoch einige deutliche Minuspunkte, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben: Aufzug & Zugang: Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock. Der Aufzug ist sehr klein (nur für maximal 2 Personen), was bei vier Personen umständlich ist und für die, die laufen müssen, bei Sommerhitze sehr schweißtreibend wird. Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht so sauber, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten. Hitze & Lärm: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Deckenventilatoren, was im Sommer kaum ausreicht. Zudem ist der Lärm von der Hauptstraße unerträglich, sobald man die Fenster zum Lüften öffnet. An einen ruhigen Schlaf bei offenem Fenster war kaum zu denken. Strand: Der nahegelegene Strand konnte uns leider nicht überzeugen. Er ist wenig gepflegt und besteht aus kleinen Steinen, die ohne Badeschuhe sehr schmerzhaft an den Füßen sind.
