Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!

This is a diamond in the rough. The screened porch is damaged maybe from a storm. But it could be fixed up that would be awesome! The porch was dirty and could have been swept. The cottage was awesome! Everything you need. Clean. I would stay there again.

The worst stay of my entire life. Just walking to the “junior suite” (which is actually a roadside motel), we had to walk past piles of trash. Once we got into the room, it was filthy and smelled of mold. Dead bugs were everywhere. We lasted about 30 minutes and then found another hotel

We were expecting a nice place to stay because of the price for the weekend. However, when we walked in there were bugs all over the mattresses and comforters. There were bugs on the floors, walls, and couch. There were bugs crawling on the floor. The place was not clean like expected. The parking situation was also weird. The parking spots were assigned by cottage and there was no spot for our cottage.

A great little place. We had a junior suite. very clean and comfy. Very close to all of the strip action but quiet and relaxing. A great private beach. I just wish there was an in room coffee maker. We will return we loved our stay.

I don’t know if we were or not, but we felt like the first people to ever stay in the cottage because it was so clean. The beds were really comfortable and the location was right on the strip with a bar and grill /music venue right across the street. The private beach area had a lot of drift wood, but was still a beautiful view.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The people that manage the cottages were absolutely great and very kind. The cottage was very clean and whatever we needed they provided. We will definitely come back next year and I’m sure the year after that.
