Check-in:
The side door is the designated guest entrance. The smart-lock code will be included in the instructions sent 24 hours before arrival. After entering the code, press the checkmark button in the lower-left corner of the keypad.
Checkout:
Before departure, lock the home, load used dishes into the dishwasher, and start a cleaning cycle. Set the thermostat to 60°F and turn off any window air-conditioning units. Trash is collected on Fridays; guests staying Thursday night must place the bins outside Thursday evening.
Maintenance:
Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent issues such as flooding, leaks, fires, or sewage backups. Non-emergency requests are handled daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; requests received later will generally be addressed the following day.
Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal items and lawn games from the yard. Snow-removal crews maintain the driveway during winter, although delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
