I’m writing the review for the second time.
The one, forwarded to me by Expedia, has not been published.
It looks like the hotel is interested only in what they define as “a fantastic experience and that we made your visit to Geneva enjoyable.”
An email about the check-in process was misleading.
This email strongly requires protective masks in the bus and during check-in.
I spent time and money to obtain the mask before arriving at the hotel.
Nobody was wearing a mask, and a receptionist laughed at me when I asked why.
If this mask requirement dates back to COVID times, it should be updated.
There was a problem finding the shuttle bus pickup location. Neither the airport nor the SBB information desk could provide this information.
The email from the hotel had the hotel’s map, but not the pickup location. So, instead of being in the hotel in 10-15 minutes, we’ve spent about 30 minutes trying to find the location and then using public transportation.
The last 5 minutes, from the nearest bus station, we walked in the heavy rain. Not the best way to start the stay.
For better service, please update your communications.
The guest card was gladly appreciated.
