Very rare no AC in the hotel, the bathroom is so small, no place to put stuffs, and you get yourself all wet when you wash your face above the small basin. The toilet is terrible, water splashed out when you flush. You see all different staffs at the front desk, they looked like part time workers, some are good some are not good... the only good thing is, the location is very good, close by everything. Maybe for below $300 a night, that's the quality you get in Geneva.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. The hotel is on a busy street, so sleeping with the windows open is not an option. There are multiple restaurants and bars below. During my stay, temperatures were in the 90’s. A loud group was outside until 4:00 a.m. Needless to say, I got no sleep. The hotel says they are getting air conditioning installed. Until this happens, do not stay here in the summer months.

Right in the heart of the old town with good access to trams and buses (free transport card for the duration of your stay within zone 10). Well equipped spacious rooms with complimentary water and coffee available in room/lobby. Comfortable and very clean beds. Fantastic power shower with a shower gel/shampoo/conditioner already there. Good hairdryer also.

I find it hard to review this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming, and the room was cute. We upgraded to a deluxe and found it very nice and spacious. Our main problem was there is a night club right next to the hotel so the music and people partying until 4am kept us up all night. If you want to sleep I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
