The staff was amazing, they give you a transportation pass for your whole stay. The guy at the bar/food was extremely kind! My room wasn’t the cleanest, there was hair and stains on the carpet as it was also very dusty.

I felt like I had my own apartment living in Paris with the studio unit. Although there was construction happening, there was no noise at all. The staff was super nice and helpful a the overall location and building were central for my needs.

So convenient to walk from terminal. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Nice shower. Good breakfast. Amazing staff. The perfect point on the bathroom tissue and the polished chrome facial tissue dispenser on the wall were the icing on the cake.

I was suprised how easy it was get to the hotel from the terminal. Just go through train station and follow signs to Palexpo. You take a walkway near the highway to a big red stairway with an elevator behind it. This brings you right to a pedestrian bridge which ends at the hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. Breakfast was great, and the woman setting it up was extra nice even at 5:30 in the morning. In the room the bathroom tissue came to a perfect point, and there was a shiny chrome facial tissue dispenser on the wall. Things that dreams are made of.

Breakfast options amongst the best I have had. There is water outside for your taking. Very clean lobby. Room is the BEST one I have ever stayed in. Only thing, it is hard to not get water from shower area onto floor outside. Such a clean, new, pretty washroom and room is very nice too. The shower setting is the best I have ever experienced. Some staff gave exceptional customer service, some I would rate as being borderline rude/nice.

Great place to stay overnight between flights. Good size room, minimalist but very functional furnishings, charging station. Excellent bathroom. Good bed. Window can be cracked open. There is breakfast but we were leaving early.

Right next to bus stop & arena. Free Geneva City Transportation card! Left do not disturb sign out, but staff entered anyway. That was annoying. Locked the coffee up at night which was also annoying. Location for our purposes was great!

The staff I didn’t ask the name but one of the bar tenders needs to be fired. I ordered penne pasta, the lady takes the order and gives me a beeper. After that I’m waiting for nearly 30 minutes after she said it was going to take 5 min. After waiting I go up to the bartender guy and say where is the pasta? He replies and laughts to his other friend who is working the bar. They look at me and say it’s we ran out of penne. They proceed to laugh. It was really odd
