I usually stay in Hilton hotels. My last experience with a Hampton Inn was not great so I opted for Holiday Inn instead. I’m glad that I did. The room was clean and comfortable. Faith was the cleaning person and she really did a great job.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The mattress on our bed was very comfortable, but the mattress on the sofa bed had seen better days. You could feel every spring. It was not a good nights sleep.

Dated/ and annoying noise

Place lil dated. Floors questionable for cleanliness. Had almost constant buzz/whine,humming in room which was very annoying! Mentioned it to staff and never was rectified, or discussed further!? The sound cut into sleep comfort!

Decent stay in Geneva...

Hotel is looking dated. Our room was right next to the elevator, so we could hear people running down the hall outside. Not our favorite spot in a hotel. Bathrooms showed signs of wear, the shower light was out. Beds were comfortable. Pool was cloudy with a yellow tinge; the kids were not interested in going in the next morning because of this! Probably won't return as we have other choices of places to stop on our annual trip to Canada. Staff was fine and friendly; breakfast was great and the woman working it was diligent about restocking everything. I wish they offered EV charging!
