This was an excellent place to stay. The staff were wonderful and our suite was lovely and the property gorgeous! Our dinner outside was excellent. Our waitress, Ja'Nea was very attentive.

Beautiful property on Seneca Lake. Our room overlooked the manicured back of the property and the lake. The room as quiet and cozy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I’d highly recommend!

Originally called to let the hotel know that we were traveling with our two small dogs. That message didn’t get passed on unfortunately but the staff accompanied us by putting us in a “non-pet” room. The grounds are beautiful. Was very quiet the night we stayed there.

Property is located in a beautiful setting on the lake. The garden and the view from the restaurant are incredible. We ate at the restaurant and some of the items were good but some were mediocre. Overall would love to stay there again, beautiful and relaxing place.

The gardens and the view of the lake were great, We were not impressed with our accommodations, for $400.00 a night the room was very dated. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and screens, the rug was badly soiled. ordered red roses for our 2nd wedding anniversary and was told their supplier ran out? so we got a mixed arrangement that was reduced $15.00 off from $65.00.. Had dinner reservations for 6:00pm on 6/24/2024, We were here for dinner 2 years ago and had a wonderful meal. The menu this time around was limited due to the fact many of the entree's were prepared beforehand with black pepper. My wife is allergic to all kinds of peppers. The restaurant opened at 5:00pm and we were told that they were out of the $60.00 Rib Eye steak, come on now! two years ago they had Bananas Foster on the menu prepared tableside. This was not the case this year, was told management changed the menu! On a trip that I was trying to impress my wife, nothing turned out right. Finally our room was on the second floor with no elevators, and i have heart issues.

Beautiful grounds but the rooms were pretty old and undesirable. The bar “closed” early and despite banging on the door we were ignored. Apparently “Nina” was asked and she said no to our request for a drink at 8:45. For the price point you’d expect better.

We arrived at this supposedly prestigious hotel and checked into our room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. Someone's food/clothes were everywhere. They offered to buy ONE of our drinks at the bar (which was soo dirty) and waited 1 1/2 hours for it to be cleaned. Just really disappointed.

This is a beautiful property! Great view of the lake with outdoor seating. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was overall good, but duck was well done. Service was great! The room was beautiful but a little noisy as someone was moving furniture above us at night,
