Great location close to main train station and the lake. Staff was very helpful and genuine. Breakfast was great! Was hoping for a/c in lobby during heatwave but there was none so that was disappointing. It was very hot in the rooms. No fans. Overall a nice stay.

All the services were great except the patchy wifi in the rooms. That made it really inconvenient to connect in the comfort of your bed. Would suggest improving wifi connectivity in the rooms.

This is one of the safest hostels I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. Locker storage is abundant with large lockers outside every room. Key entry into rooms and bathrooms is very efficient. Quick walk away from the lake and many restaurants and bars.

Doesn't really have a hostel vibe. Rooms are really small, and there's no aircon or a fan, and it was really hot at night. The breakfast room looks like a huge canteen. You have to pay to rent a towel, which is quite absurd, considering how expensive the hostel is (yes, I know it's Switzerland, but still). Huge pro, though: you get a big locker which is activated by your key. Bathrooms are not bad either. Stay here if you only need a bed, but don't expect much else.

It was good. They have a kitchen area available; you should bring your own towel (or rent one on site), and bring everything you need for your personal hygiene, including a shower cap.

The amenities were clean and there was a helpful attendant at all times at the desk. Issue was the heat and the linens. The fitted sheets were uncomfortable and there was no air circulation during the heat wave and they do not provide fans to accommodate. Wish they had adapted to the weather and offered us ways to sleep well considering the price of a room.
