The staff was not very friendly. The pillows were flimsy and the bed not real comfortable. Not much selection for the free breakfast, no eggs or meats. The recepticles were very hard to use. some we couldn't use. Our bathroom sink had a huge crack in it

This property is horrific! Filthy doesn’t begin to describe this run-down, dilapidated hotel. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. Fluids on walls in the bathroom, uncleaned toilet, clogged shower, spit stains in and around the bathroom sink Dirty bed linens and floor..I would think health/safety violations galore. I showered and rinse our my suitcase and clothes to assure to transfer of bedbugs! Yuck! Should be condemned!

room had older carpets, there were holes in the wall and the shower pin was so hard to pull up that my wife had to wake me to help her get the water working correctly.

Moving in there were no carts to help with luggage. Staff was indifferent on check in. One bedside lamp had to be unplugged to turn off. Security lock was broken off of the door. Both exterior and interior doors did not work properly. Sticking. Air conditioner was extremely noisy. The property was non smoking but people were smoking Marijuana noticeable in the hallway. Property manager was at our room and walked through the smell and did nothing. Breakfast was limited. Not recommended that you choose to stay here.

Days Inn by Wyndham Geneva/Finger Lakes Geneva, New York, was clean and the area was quiet. The air conditioner was louder than we preferred but were grateful at keeping the room comfortable. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. I didn't see an elevator. We chose to use the stairs to the second floor. Nice place for the price and one night stay. Geneva waterfront is a great place to visit.

I took off one star because during our 4 night stay, our room was never fully cleaned, beds never changed, etc. Had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper and that was the extent of it. Finally on checkout morning we got a loud knock on the door a few minutes before our 11 am checkout, like “get out!” We were packed and getting ready to leave and that was just rude. I assume it was housekeeping. I usually leave a tip for housekeeping, but not this time. Other than that, the motel is fine. Appreciated the hard boiled eggs in the morning!

The room was fairly clean, but had a smell. The toilet seat had a sanitized tape over it but the seat was very loose. How could you not notice that? You can hear you neighbor coughing and talking through the passage door between rooms, very annoying.
