We kept extending our stay and therefore tried a lot of different room types. All rooms are to a good standard, the delux is on the small side but manageable. Anything up from that is very good. The staff are beyond helpful and kind, they couldn’t do more to help you and they also offer a free one way tuk tuk service which is very useful The breakfast is great with fresh omelettes/fried eggs/scrambles eggs made to order as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The only downfall is the coffee is not good unless you pay for a proper one. There is also free sups to use on the water any time you want and the hotel will organise all trips and excursions for you too.

This place is a dog lovers dream. There are dogs everywhere and unfortunately they let many dogs roam around the breakfast area and beg for food. The bath towels are paper thin, there is no water pressure, and there is no TV in the room. The property is beautiful and has so much potential but I wished I would have stayed in a different hotel.

The hotel tried to tell me my reservation was not valid when I arrived even though I had my Expedia confirmation in hand. They then tried to charge me over 100 USD more per night to book a stay compared to what Expedia had even if we booked the same day. They even had availability to fix the issue but they made me spend 2 hours in their lobby calling Expedia before they called their manager and fixed the issue. Then they refused to give the 20% off spa services that was advertised on Expedia. They nearly made me miss my flight on checkout because they wouldn't honor what I paid for. The resort is nice enough but my experience here was so negative and frustrating. The general attitude of the front desk was "this is a you and Expedia problem"

We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Our room was clean and spacious with a very nice view of the lush garden. I liked staying at the balcony and just take in the view. We enjoyed the private beach, paddle boarding and the happy hour featuring an acoustic duo. The hotel offers free rides to anywhere within the General Luna area, which we definitely appreciated. Restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely choose to stay at this resort again and upgrade our room for a nice ocean view.

The hotel was nice, the staffs are friendly and accommodating. The flight sucks it’s not the hotel fault it’s Expedia, the airport they send us is in Surigao another island so we have to ride a boat for 2hrs to get to siargao and another to go back to Manila and we got no help from Expedia and the airline, not going to book again thru Expedia they suck.
