- The vacation rental features a living area with a flat-screen TV (165 cm) with Smart TV, a radio, and CD and DVD players. The sofa can be converted in no time into a box-spring sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm) for two additional guests. The blackout curtains allow you to darken the living area for sleeping.

- The open kitchen features a table (120 cm x 70 cm) and four bar stools, as well as a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave with grill function.

- A bedroom with a leather box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm with a full-length mattress) and blackout roller shades to darken the room

- A bathroom with natural light, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and ample storage space; a hair dryer is also provided

- a washing machine is also available for your use

- underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment

- a furnished terrace with a small garden invites you to relax

- includes 2 "Cube" e-bikes (Use at your own risk)

- A storage shed and a parking space

- Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on.
