Arrived at 6pm and was able to dine in house with good value food on express menu before 6 45pm. Being a conference centre they provide unusued rooms for public bookings. There was only a small group conference so it was very quiet dueing our stay. Breakfast was hot and cold buffet options in dining area. A moderate range of healthy options Room was modern clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

They didn’t have our check in details and no room had been booked. We were told they don’t usually take bookings from Wotif. They gave us a room after a while but this confusion shouldn’t happen. Certainly not the attending staffs issue but there is an issue
