Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Location is perfect, but everything else is a scam. There was only one bedroom and it was a sofa bed the other bedroom was small with a small couch. The living room had a couch that could be converted to a bed. Most of the photos from listing showing a bed is a scam. Although the description states the hotel room is on the 3rd floor, they omitted that you have to walk up 7 staircases with your suitcase. I requested Expedia relocated me due to the listing being a scam and all Expedia could offer is a $50 dollar credit. I had to book a hotel for my wife, baby and grandparents so I could enjoy the city.
