Room key needs to be picked up in a location about 2.5 kms away from where we booked (bursztynowa). A key fob and info on room/building/gate codes, wifi passwords was provided. Key fob works. Wifi password was wrong. Correct one was found on modem. We all went to the beach. Some of us returned earlier without the fob thinking we could use the codes. Gate code didnt work. Someone let us through gate. Then building door code didn’t work. We called the emergency line. No one answered. I called again. She said there’s no other code and we must be in the wrong building and to send her a pic of the building. I told her she better call her superior and find out. She then hung up on me. She called back after 5 mins and said we have the correct code so we just need to wait for someone that lives there to let us in. Which we did! Luckily room code worked. The next day we found security from this building and he told us they don’t use gate and building codes anymore and hadn’t for a while. Only fobs will work. I will never book any property from Sun and Snow again. FYI, this isn’t a language issue, as I’m bilingual in English and Polish.
Room is average…a window shade is ripped, baseboard coming off in bedroom, no table lamps in bedroom(only ceiling light), bedroom desk vanity lights only plug into usb port. Garbage room door locks behind you-but you can exit out other door and then you would need a fob to get back in. Would’ve been nice to know this! Great location…close to the beach.
